Job summary

Michaels is hiring at the Grand Forks, ND store to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. Team members will assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to keep the shop well merchandised and in stock.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older in the U.S. (as stated by Michaels).

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs and educate about VOC surveys.
• Assist with omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain in-stock store, merchandise recovery, and store recovery tasks.
