Job summary

Michaels Sioux Falls is hiring for a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and process transactions at a fast, accurate checkout.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and in-store merchandising while supporting Omni channel tasks such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and in-stock store maintenance and go-back process.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
