Job summary

The Michaels Stores Buckhead, GA is seeking a friendly retail teammate to help customers locate products, provide solutions, and deliver a fast, courteous checkout experience while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, practicing planograms, promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, assisting with BOPIS and SFS, and supporting safety, shrink, and SOP compliance to keep an in-stock, well-merchandised store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; support safety and SOPs.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact positively with customers and team members.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
