Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking team members for a store role in Tucker, GA. You will help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience while supporting store operations and frame shop duties.

You may participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planograms, and assist with BOPIS/SFS. The role emphasizes customer service, compliance with SOPs, and a positive store presence.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery, merchandise and shrink/safety programs.
• Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production.
