The Michaels Buckhead, GA store is seeking a dedicated team member to help customers find products and complete purchases with a friendly, efficient checkout experience. You will assist with stock, store recovery, and omnichannel services such as BOPIS and SFS, while representing Michaels in a positive way.

Ideal candidates bring retail or customer service experience, enjoy teamwork, and can handle standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stock shelves and complete planogram (POG) duties; participate in truck unloads.
• Maintain store recovery; ensure in-stock conditions and safe operations.
