Job summary

Michaels Stores Buckhead, GA is seeking a store team member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will assist with merchandising, stock, and omnichannel processes while upholding store standards.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, enrolling them in rewards, supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, participating in truck unloads, and maintaining in-store recovery to keep items in

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain merchandise recovery and in-stock store conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
