Job summary

Marshalls, part of the TJX Companies family, is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will engage with customers, process transactions accurately, promote loyalty programs, and keep the store clean and organized.

The role may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. Key duties include sustaining a positive store culture, handling purchases, assisting customers with credit programs, and following loss prevention

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows established procedures
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor and replenishes stock
• Participates in store recovery and safety initiatives
• Maintains store cleanliness and organization
