Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring a store associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, engage with shoppers, maintain a clean and organized store, and support operations across the sales floor.

You will model positive teamwork, promote credit and loyalty programs, process transactions accurately, handle merchandise preparation, recovery, safety, and loss-prevention tasks, and adapt to changing directions while assisting customers and peers.

Responsibilities

• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for shelves.
• Support store recovery and housekeeping throughout the day.
• Ensure safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assist with labor and shrink reduction goals.
• Provide and accept feedback to improve service.
• Other duties as assigned by the store leadership.
