Responsibilities

• Provide highly satisfactory customer experiences through interactions and adherence to experience principles.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash accuracy per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepares and processes merchandise for the sales floor.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Follow labor laws and store policies; support shrink reduction initiatives.
