You may be cross-trained in multiple areas to support the business and keep operations running smoothly. You’ll promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain visual standards, and work with teammates to ensure safety, loss prevention, and clean, organized floors.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers.
• Maintains a clean and organized store environment.
• Rings purchases/returns accurately and handles change per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Participates in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Supports shrink reduction programs and labor policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
