Responsibilities

• Role models strong customer experience with customers and colleagues.
• Accurately ring purchases and returns and give correct change.
• Promote TJX credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising and store standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepped for sales floor per procedures.
• Support store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
