Job summary

Marshalls, part of the TJX Companies family, is seeking a store associate to deliver a high-quality customer experience across our store operations. You will engage customers, maintain an organized sales floor, and support merchandising, loss prevention, and daily store routines in a fast-paced environment.

You will be expected to ring transactions, promote loyalty programs, and operate with integrity while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles change.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor according to standards.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness of the sales floor.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Maintains safety awareness and a safe environment.
