Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Customer Experience Colleague to deliver personalized shopping experiences across in-store and online touchpoints. You will drive cross-category sales, build client relationships through My Client and social media, and support operations such as floor readiness and merchandise setup.

Excellent communication and a passion for high-caliber service are essential. The role includes flexible scheduling, weekend shifts, and opportunities to engage with customers across departments

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• You can handle electronic devices with no problem.
