Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store
• Comfort with cash handling and checkout procedures
• Familiarity with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards and enrollments; educate on VOC surveys
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and truck unloading
• Support stock, planograms, returns, and store recovery to stay in stock
