Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Store Team Member in Klamath Falls, OR to assist customers, stock merchandise, and maintain clean, well-organized aisles. You will handle checkout duties, support truck unloading, and help customers find products.

This role involves promoting the Michaels Rewards program and assisting with omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS. Flexible hours, customer-facing environment, and opportunity to grow within a large national retail brand.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products and answer questions.
• Ensure a fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) maintenance to keep shelves in-stock and well-merchandised.
• Promote the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Support Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
