Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engaging with customers and upholding customer experience standards.
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and counts change as per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and works with team to prevent loss.
• Other duties as assigned.
