Job summary

The role includes handling handouts and returns, with data collection for follow-up and high-quality service. The position requires 12-20 hours per week, some weekdays/weeknights, weekends required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and orders.
• Meet customers' needs, solve problems independently, and escalate to a manager when needed.
• Build loyalty through a positive IKEA shopping journey.
• Build emotional connections through empathetic interactions with customers.
• Provide a simple handout experience during Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO) and upsell services when needed.
• Facilitate smooth returns and exchanges and collect quality data for follow-up.
