Responsibilities

• Delivers highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Models customer experience practices with customers and reflects honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Rings up purchases/returns accurately and handles cash per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness.
• Supports safety and loss prevention programs and adheres to labor policies.
