Responsibilities include processing transactions, promoting rewards programs, and upholding labor and merchandising standards while ensuring a positive guest experience in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains clean, safe environment.
• Supports loss prevention initiatives and safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
