Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking individuals to join TJ Maxx Morrisville, NC store teams. You will provide friendly, efficient customer service, assist with checkout, and support merchandising and store safety.

Responsibilities

• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports store merchandising standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor and maintains cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Participates in store safety, shrink reduction initiatives, and provides feedback to supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned by store leadership.
