Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help manage stock and merchandise flow in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and replenish merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment; clean bathrooms and maintain neat areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
