Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help stock and maintain a clean store.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Part time position with opportunities to grow within the store network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
