Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. This Part time role involves assisting customers, handling cash transactions, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience in retail or related fields. The position emphasizes friendly customer interactions and adherence to safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
