Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, ensure cash security, keep the store stocked, and help unload merchandise.

The role requires strong service, organization, and safety practices within a friendly, professional team. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, restocking, and following store procedures while supporting coworkers and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; replenish stock per standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and peers.
• Keep store clean, restrooms stocked, floors clean, trash removed.
• Other duties as assigned.
