The TJX Companies, Inc. (HomeGoods, Concord) is seeking a Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, help maintain a clean and organized store, and support daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will engage customers, assist with purchases, support loyalty programs, and contribute to a positive store culture while following stock, merchandising, and safety standards. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and adheres to labor laws and procedures.
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and maintains safety and loss prevention measures.
• Supports store recovery, merchandising, and stock processes as needed.
