HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a team member to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience in our San Rafael store. You will engage with customers, follow loss prevention standards, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible hours, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Previous retail customer experience is preferred, and you will be cross-trained to assist in multiple areas to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and handles cash per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for sales floor per standards.
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Provides and accepts feedback while adhering to labor policies.
• Supports shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
