Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate in our Austin, MN store.

You will deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, assist with merchandising, and keep the sales floor clean and organized while following loss-prevention standards. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases, responding to questions, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and supporting store recovery as needed.

• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Support store recovery and safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
