Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices.
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
