Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a store associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience while maintaining a clean, organized store. You may be cross-trained to support various areas and uphold loss prevention standards.

Ringers, promotes credit/loyalty programs, and assists with merchandising and recovery throughout the shift. TJX emphasizes diversity, development, and a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to respond to changes or unexpected situations.
• Retail customer experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and procedures.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness.
• Supports labor laws and safety protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.
