Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring in Des Peres, MO for a friendly customer service oriented Store Associate. You will help customers find products, assist with checkout, and participate in stock and merchandising tasks to keep the store in good condition.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll sign-ups.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store appearance and stock through recovery and return/go back handling.
