Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Unload trucks and perform merchandise duties to keep store stocked.
• Maintain planograms and in-store signage; support store recovery standards.
• Engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS).
• Support shrink and safety programs and comply with SOPs.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
