Job summary

Marshalls in the USA is seeking a frontline leader to enhance the customer experience and guide Associates on front-end operations. This role supports POS coverage, training, and loyalty program promotion while ensuring compliance with store policies and labor laws.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with management, and help deliver a positive, safe, and efficient shopping environment with opportunities for growth within TJX Companies.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and adheres to store policies.
