Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a retail supervisor to lead and coach associates, ensuring fast, accurate service and a superior customer experience. You’ll train staff on POS, merchandising, and product knowledge while meeting store goals and maintaining loss prevention standards.

Responsibilities include cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and driving KPI-based decisions within an inclusive, teamwork-focused environment. Must be 18+, with retail supervision experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates to include the responsibility for coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty) and support the service team.
• Coach, teach and train associates to execute POS and customer service standards.
• Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools.
• Oversee cash handling, register balancing, and related duties.
• Maintain store operations with strong integrity and teamwork.
