Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience at POS and Customer Service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (credit, loyalty) and support storewide goals.
• Coach and train associates on POS and customer service standards per company guidelines.
• Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge and tools; adhere to Kohl’s brand standards.
• Support inventory accuracy through timely disposition practices.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes including register balancing and change orders.
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Use KPIs to drive store results and manage multiple tasks within established timeframes.
