Job summary

TJ Maxx is seeking a front-end supervisor at our Warner Robins, GA location to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will lead a team at the front of the store, promote loyalty programs, and ensure smooth POS coverage and breaks for all Associates.

You will coach Associates on personalized service, uphold store policies, and address customer concerns quickly to maintain a positive shopping environment. Flexible scheduling may be required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Promotes a positive customer experience and customer service excellence.
• Strong merchandising understanding and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and mentor front-end staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty-program promotion.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Trains Associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to maintain a positive experience.
• Ensures compliance with store policies, safety, and labor laws.
