Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Bridgeville, PA is seeking an experienced leader to promote an excellent customer experience and to oversee front-of-store Associates. You will model outstanding service, train staff on loyalty programs, and coordinate POS coverage while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

You’ll work with a team to ensure compliance with policies, support safety initiatives, and drive a positive, high-performance store culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong merchandising understanding and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front end principles.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees front-of-store associates.
• Trains and coaches staff on personalizing the customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Manages registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store organization and cleanliness.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
• Supports safety programs and shrink reduction goals.
