Responsabilités

• Create a positive customer experience and promote loyalty programs
• Oversee front-of-store Associates and coordinate POS coverage
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Maintain store organization, safety, and shrink reduction goals
• Communicate priorities clearly with management and staff
