Job summary

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Contribute to training of new hires on service standards and POS procedures.
• Participate in daily service processes such as register/cash balancing and replenishing supplies.
