Job summary

Pick 'n Save in Rothschild, WI is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver outstanding service and maintain a safe, clean store environment. You will assist the department manager in meeting sales and profit goals while upholding QA standards and company values.

Responsibilities include answering questions, stocking, labeling, item sampling, informing customers of specials, ensuring product freshness, and reporting safety or theft concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming store environment.
• Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals and monitor quality assurance standards.
• Answer customer questions about products and assist with store-wide inquiries.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise and manage stock levels.
• Inform customers of grocery specials and ensure product freshness.
• Recommend grocery items to customers and check sell-by dates for quality control.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies and safety issues to management.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper food temperatures.
