Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
• Assist department managers in reaching sales and profit goals and monitor quality assurance standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment to encourage customer return.
• Answer questions about products and provide recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise and ensure freshness by checking 'sell by' dates.
• Report safety risks, accidents, and discrepancies to management.
