Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Knowledge of retail management systems is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Spanish language skills desirable depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day department operations in a retail store.
• Train and supervise associates; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Maintain inventory, perform cycle counts, and control shrink.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, and promotional events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and safety guidelines.
• Communicate plans and flight schedules to meet KPIs.
• Support payroll and labor cost controls for the department.
• Participate in daily huddles and management meetings.
