Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates daily to ensure merchandising, pricing, stock, and customer service goals are met.
• Maintains plan-o-grams and executes corporate merchandising directives.
• Staffs department, coordinates interviews, and assists in performance evaluations and scheduling.
• Provides a high level of customer service and supports sales initiatives and events.
