Michaels in Hendersonville, TN is hiring a Store Associate to help customers find products, ring up purchases, and participate in stocking and merchandising duties. You will engage with shoppers, explain rewards and private label card benefits, and support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, a friendly attitude, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Formación

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey; participate in omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and assist with merchandise recovery and returns.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
• Interact respectfully with colleagues; model positive behavior.
