Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Burleson, TX is hiring a Store Team Member to help customers, stock shelves, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You’ll participate in unloading trucks, organizing merchandise, and supporting store recovery to keep the shop inviting and well-stocked.

Role includes engaging customers with rewards programs, assisting with BOPIS/SFS, and upholding SOPs while delivering our brand promises. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC surveys
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain stock and merchandise recovery; adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Interact respectfully with colleagues and serve as a role model
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
