Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a Store Associate in Southington, CT. You will maintain a high standard of store appearance, assist customers, and help them locate products.

You will also participate in checkout, rewards enrollment, and omni-channel processes, while supporting stocking and planogram tasks in a climate-controlled retail environment. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and working nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Clean assigned areas with appropriate solutions and equipment.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and loyalty enrollments.
• Support stocking, truck un-load and planogram processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; ensure safety and compliance.
