Job summary

Tulsa City-County Library is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant for the Black Wall Street Sundry at Rudisill Regional Library. You will provide welcoming service, answer questions, and guide shoppers as the Sundry expands in a dynamic community space.

Responsibilities include merchandising displays, operating the POS system, and assisting staff with guest services and library programs. Part-time hours offer a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• One year customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of library procedures and operations.
• Ability to create appealing displays and promote retail space.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and Sundays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and introduce them to the Sundry space and merchandise.
• Provide overview of items and cross-sell relevant products.
• Use POS to ring up orders and explain returns.
• Update merchandise displays and manage inventory.
• Keep signage current and notify leadership about low stock.
• Assist library customers with information and direction.
• Assist with tours of meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Help customers with self-check machines and library cards.
