Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help deliver a positive shopping experience in our Montebello, CA store. You will assist customers, handle transactions, restock shelves, and keep the store clean and orderly.

This part-time role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, and you will join a team focused on friendly, efficient service for all customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks as needed.
• Ensure a safe, friendly environment for customers and staff.
