Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience in the Los Angeles area. Duties include assisting customers, processing transactions at the register, and maintaining store safety and presentation.

The role requires lifting 30–50 lbs, strong communication, and reliability, with opportunities to assist unloading trucks and stock replenishment as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Ensure store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and waste management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
