Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, and neat presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
