Job summary

Dollar Tree is searching for a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help maintain store presentation.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational and communication skills, plus the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods. This is a part-time, on-site position in Santa Clarita, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries is highly preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform stocking activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
